I love making music, but do I even have talent?
I admit I get defeated with music. I start feeling as I
would guess any Indie Artist feels, that perhaps no matter how much you love
making music, maybe your just not good enough. Maybe I will never write
anything that really means anything to anybody. So you start rethinking your
decisions with music. This has been happening to me very recently in my life.
I’ve been trying to make the decision to quit or keep going. I was almost ready last week to cancel my music network accounts when I got a message from a man, a stranger
almost except what I know of him as a Facebook friend (I will keep him
anonymous) and he said that he felt the need to message me on Facebook and let
me know that and I quote “your music makes a difference and you should reach
out to KLOV in Denver”. I found this message interesting as KLOV is a Christian
radio station and I have always wanted to record some inspirational music and
reach out to Christian radio. It was very nice to hear such words from someone.
Much thanks goes out to not just that person that
wrote me the note but also the support I receive from all of you who are even
reading this.

Well Kayla, I for one am glad that you're not a boy because you wouldn't have your awesome voice that you used to sing this song, I also suggest that you try some covers similar to this where you can use the voice that I know is a great and beautiful voice that given a chance is as good as any, I know the world is full of very good singers in all genre but there just has to be a place for you as I would miss you terribly if you was to leave the scene, even though you only have a few songs I am always trying to find a way to help you, I have asked if you could put more of your songs in ReverbNation so I had something to work with but I'ts hard to promote you with what is there, we have to start somewhere and that isn't a bad place to start if all of your songs are in the one place, I feel that you could get to Number 1 if we try hard enough but getting you out there is a must for a start
